Who we are

This site is run by All Massive Events (DJ-JP), based in Reading, PA. It's a small, personal DJ and event business. You can reach us at allmassiveevents@gmail.com or (610) 568-5699.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the inquiry form on the Check My Date page or the Leave a Review page, plus a few technical details that come with any web request. The list below covers the inquiry form.

• Required: your name, email address, event date, event type, and venue or city.
• Optional: phone number, estimated guest count, a message about your event, and a checkbox if you're also interested in decor.
• Added automatically to the form: the page you sent it from, the site language, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if the link you arrived from included them.
• A hidden spam-trap field that real visitors never see or fill in. It only exists to catch bots.
• Technical logs: our host, Netlify, automatically logs basic details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type and time, for security and reliability.

Reviews you send us

If you use the Leave a Review page, we collect your review, your name and the type of event, plus, only if you choose to add them, when the event was and your email address. You choose how your name is shown.

We publish a review on this site or on our social media only if you check the box giving permission. If you leave it unchecked, your message stays private with DJ-JP. We keep reviews until you ask us to remove them, and you can ask us to edit or remove one at any time by emailing allmassiveevents@gmail.com.

If you post a review on Google instead, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to it.

Why we use it

Only to read and answer your inquiry, check availability, and, if you book, prepare your event. There is no mailing list, no marketing use of your details, and no automated decision-making.

Who handles it

Your form submission is received by Netlify Forms, which stores it and applies spam filtering. A copy is emailed to our business Gmail inbox so DJ-JP can reply. These providers act on our behalf and have their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Phone, email and Facebook

If you call or email us directly, we see the number or address you use and whatever you tell us. We do not send or receive text messages for business. The site links to our Facebook page; if you follow that link, Facebook's own privacy policy applies to what you do there. Nothing from Facebook is loaded on this site.

Cookies, analytics and your browser

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party widgets. Fonts and videos are hosted on this site itself.

One small setting is remembered in your own browser and never sent to us: your language choice, kept on your device so the site opens in the language you picked. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need them to answer you and, for booked events, to run the event and keep business records. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, ask and we'll remove it.

Event photos and video

Photos and video of real events appear on this site only with permission from the client, and from guests or parents and guardians where minors appear. If you're in something on this site and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down promptly.

Children

This site is for adults planning events, including parents and guardians planning a Sweet 16 or quinceañera. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If a young person sent us details, contact us and we'll delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email allmassiveevents@gmail.com and we'll handle it personally. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights, and we'll honor them.
